The Technology

There is no app or downloads required to access Telehealth. All you need to allow you to connect securely with your healthcare provider is to have access to the internet and a camera. All technology used complies with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

The Set Up

At the time we book your appointment, we collect some basic information about you (name, email etc.) We then take a credit card on file to charge after your sessions (you will not be charged without consent) and we will send you your paperwork for physiotherapy.

On the day of the session, you will only need to log in to the meeting and begin your session with your physiotherapist!

The Treatment

In consult with your physiotherapist, you both will come up with your plan of care. Usually that will involve some pain management tools and exercises that they will go through with you to help with your aches, pains or injuries.
