Super easy, Super fast Protein Bowl

Delicious and very easy to switch it up, you can put brown rice, rice, or pasta to switch up the base flavour so you don’t get bored. If you aren’t a huge fan of spinach, you can add which ever veggie you want. 

Ingredients needed:

  • 1/3 cup uncooked quinoa
  • Handful favourite veggies
  • 6 hard boiled egg whites
  • 1/2 avocado (can switch olive oil)

Instructions:

  • Cook Quinoa, rice, pasta as per box description
  • in a bowl place handful of favourite veggie, top with quinoa, slides egg whites and slices of avocado
    • Extra: can top with fresh herbs for some extra little something something
