Delicious and very easy to switch it up, you can put brown rice, rice, or pasta to switch up the base flavour so you don’t get bored. If you aren’t a huge fan of spinach, you can add which ever veggie you want.
- 1/3 cup uncooked quinoa
- Handful favourite veggies
- 6 hard boiled egg whites
- 1/2 avocado (can switch olive oil)
- Cook Quinoa, rice, pasta as per box description
- in a bowl place handful of favourite veggie, top with quinoa, slides egg whites and slices of avocado
- Extra: can top with fresh herbs for some extra little something something
