Our prime classes are so fun! At STAVE OFF, we have an INCREDIBLE community of supportive and fun members who encourage and help each other reach their goals and get through their workouts in the gym. Our classes have a mix of strength training, accessory work such as core training, and high- intensity cardio circuits that get the heart pumping. These classes are safe and effective for all fitness levels. With an in-house physiotherapist, injuries are not a problem. We can modify them and still give you a great workout! STAVE OFF combines a killer workout with nutritional support and a community that gives you the accountability you need. No one feels intimidated or scared of the gym. It’s a fun space that makes you sweat!
STRONG LIKE MOM
Are you a new mom and you want to get rid of that stubborn baby weight? Pregnancy takes a toll on the body. Then when your little one is born, you're exhausted and finding a babysitter can be so hard. You need a place that is baby friendly and a program that is new-mom friendly! We got you covered!
Our Strong Like Mom program started because of YOU! The new or soon-to- be mom who has said she wants to exercise but she just doesn't know what to do and what is safe for her body. This program, led by a physiotherapist, will make you feel confident that you are getting stronger and losing weight in a safe way. With the combination of exercise and nutrition, you can reach your goals and you can do it WITH your little one! In this program, we help new moms recover post-natally. We can work with pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, core issues and help with losing the baby weight
LEARN TO LIFT
Always wanted to be able to squat and deadlift like those people you see on Instagram? But are you worried that if you tried, you would just hurt yourself? That is where the Learn to Lift program began. It is a program to teach the fundamentals of the five big barbell movements: the squat, deadlift, bench press, clean and jerk, and snatch. Following a structured strength training program with accessory work thrown in will help you become the strongest you have ever been! If you have a nagging injury, that is okay, our physiotherapy staff will help you modify to keep working out safely and prevent any further injury.
