Ready to start 2017 right?

As women, we have to be every where and do everything (though we can get help from significant others). But it's in our nature isn't it? We're caregivers. We can't help it. We want to be their for our spouses, our kids, our grandkids, our friends and anyone else in our life that we might care about. Sometimes it can get easy to feel overwhelmed by the pure volume of responsibility that we have on a daily basis.
Doesn't it feel like sometimes you just need a break?
If we aren't careful, we become exhausted and burnt out. Feeling almost depressed trying to juggle everything but still failing.
In this workshop, we want to impress upon you that taking the time to take care of you will make it EASIER to take care of everyone else. Taking care of you is one of the best ways that you can take care of the other people in your life.
