We are looking for 15 men who are ready to learn how to lift weights and get stronger! This is a 6-week strength based program aimed at teaching you how to master all the major weight lifting movements such as the squat, deadlift, bench, press and power clean without getting injured. Along with a personalized nutrition program, you’ll get stronger look great this summer! Spots are limited.

  • 6-week program structured around learning proper strength based movements & technique
  • Designed to increase strength and muscle size over the course of six weeks
  • Committing to 3x a week strength program at our facility as well as a personalized nutrition program
  • No prior gym experience is required, leave your ego at the door everyone is learning at the same time
